Fermentation technology is one of Alltech's core competencies. Its various applications have been a cornerstone of our success in other industries such as alcohol, fuel ethanol and animal feed. Through fermentation technology the Global Foods Division develops and produces specialized yeast strains, yeast derivatives, yeast extracts, mannan oligosaccharides and beta glucans. We are also a key supplier of enzymes, natural antioxidants and selenium yeast.
